The new ride

So I had a crazy moment of impulse and decided to sell my car. Yes my wonderful black beautiful 4runner. Man, I miss that car already! :) Anyway, I told Brett that I wanted to sell my car and get a motorcycle or an old car for him to drive to work which would be PAID FOR! My car was close to being paid off but was already getting a little small for our quickly growing family so...I listed it on craigslist. Well, it sold 2 days later! I couldn't believe it and I'm actually really thankful because if you know me, you know how indecisive I am. It drives my husband crazy. I'm pretty sure if it hadn't sold so soon, I would have changed my mind and we'd still have my car...which I'm thankful I do not by the way. So anyway, we set out to look for Brett's new ride. He, of course, set out to find his motorcycle. He's been wanting a motorcycle for a while so I finally gave in. Anyway, he found a 2009 Harley Dyna Super Glide that was only 3 months old through a friend at the station. After a week of going back and forth (I told you I was indecisive), I finally gave in. And...he. is. in. love. I think I may never see my husband during daylight hours again. He has lived in the garage since he got it. :) Well...here she is. By the way, I don't think he's named her yet. And speaking of names...Big Sexy (the Tundra) needs a new name too since that's mine now. ;) By the way, Big Sexy was named because a friend asked what he named his new truck and that's the first thing that popped into his mind. Me personally... I would have said, "Well I haven't come up with one yet" and gave it a little thought. But hey...I'm indecisive right? At least he can go with something and not have second thoughts. ;) I'm so glad we are such opposites because together we work pretty well. :)

Kayleigh is doing well. She cut two new teeth on the top and she is a fruit eating machine. This kid LOVES fruit....and eating off Mommy & Daddy's plate. I've recently figured out that she'll eat anything if it comes off our plate...so that's usually how we get her to eat anything other than fruit, cheerios, snap pea crisps, oatmeal or yogurt. Oh...and of course sweets are no problem. ;) She must take after her mom. She is so fun to play with and loves going to the playground now. She loves the slide. The swings...she's not so sure about. Brett and I enjoy taking for rides in her wagon to the playground.

Campbell is doing well too. My belly is definitely growing and she's a wiggle worm in there! I love feeling her move around. Kayleigh doesn't understand the baby or my belly of course, but she loves to kiss my belly. :) It is so cute. I'm getting anxious for her to come, but I am enjoying my last 11 weeks or so. This pregnancy has definitely flown by.

We've had Grandmommie here for a week and we have definitely enjoyed having her. Kayleigh loves her Grandmommie! They have laughed and played the whole time. Kayleigh has especially enjoyed the icecream Grandmommie shares with her. I am so sad she's leaving tomorrow as she's been a HUGE help for me. I have been able to get work done and RELAX! I've been pretty lazy this week and enjoyed every moment! Thanks Grandmommie! We love you!!
